The Smith Family

We had been planning this family portrait session for months.  The Smith's knew they wanted snow, but Utah has had an uncharacteristically dry winter.  Then finally, it happened!  The snow came, and when it came, it really came!  Lots of beautiful powdery snow just waiting to have someone brave the cold to be photographed in all it's glory.  The Smiths were more than willing.

When they pulled up, my eyes light up!  While Ryan and I were decked out in snow gear, quite possibly fit for everest, they looked absolutely adorable in their dresses, nice boots, button up shirts, and ties.   We shot quickly, laughed a lot and had a wonderful time with the Smith family in the beautiful snowy Santaquin canyon.  I loved every moment spent with them and I am happy they braved the snow to get these lovely photos!

The Heaps Family

When you find a good location, you go back to it!  This golden field is a photographer's dream.  The Heaps family is even better!  These guys are just great!  They are funny and fun to be around.  Cindy is one lucky Mama to be surrounded by such handsome guys and they are even luckier to have her!  Thank you Heaps for asking me to capture your wonderful family!

The Roberts

Give me a beautiful family, a large golden field, the perfect golden hour sunlight and magic happens!  This was such a fun family session!  The Roberts are are one of the best families out there.  They are so sweet to each other, full of energy and those cute kids loved tromping and hiding in the tall grass.  I can't blame them either, I loved every minute of being out there as well!  Thank you Roberts for asking me to capture your wonderful family at this fun time of life!
